Shipping Policy

Ownership, Terms, and Risk

About shipping time: Normally the Orders will be shipped in up to 2-5 business days.  Please make sure your address details are correct, as once the parcel is on its way, we cannot redirect it. It is your responsibility to check and verify.
Notes: Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. The shipping time does include a 2-5 business day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address,
And the shipping will take around 7-15 days to America and Canada depend on the customer's address. 

About tracking: All the shipping are trackable. You can track your order after an email confirmation has been sent to you. 

Normally if the orders have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed), your orders cannot be canceled.

About customs and duties: China warehouse orders, buyers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes and surcharges levied/charged by their country. Please check with the local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm tax and duty regulations and charges.
About Shipping Fee :For orders under $20, the shipping fee is $10. For orders over $30, there is free shipping.

About Shipping Methods: Most products are shipped from our China warehouse via dedicated parcel routes. For some remote countries, we may use registered airmail for delivery.

 
Affected by force majeure, such as new logistics policies, epidemics, aircraft delays, customs detentions, etc., countries where logistics cannot be delivered normally, we will send email to customers in advance and refund them.
